This has been a journey of faith, that together we can add the small efforts in stewardship for God’s creation as our motto goes, “Young Christians have a responsibility to shape the future.” Psalm 46:4-5 “There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,the holy habitation of the Most High.God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved;God will help her when morning dawns.” I want to encourage all the young people out there to keep the small efforts in this fight for climate justice. God will champion our work as a movement and sustain it.

We are halfway through 2024 and I am so blown away by this movement of young people. Your commitment to justice, your ecumenical approach and your grace in navigating different ways to advocate for a better tomorrow, is admirable. Climate YES Launch on 17 September 2022 took place in five regional hubs; the United Kingdom, Italy, Kenya, South Africa, and Malawi. The five regional hubs were linked together through hybrid interactions.
